All sales are final. Due to the time, labor, and resources invested in delivering our services, we do not offer refunds on any service, deposit, or payment. We are committed to delivering quality work — if a delivered system does not function as agreed, we will work with you to correct it at no additional charge. This commitment to make it right is not a refund and does not entitle you to a return of fees paid.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts and materials needed to deliver services, and prompt feedback. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
Our credit services are educational and coaching in nature. We do not guarantee specific credit score increases or the removal of any items from credit reports. We do not charge for credit repair services in advance of services rendered, consistent with applicable law. We are not a credit repair organization, law firm, or financial advisor.
While we work to deliver effective systems, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, lead volume, or growth, as results depend on many factors outside our control.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your business. WinVision retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, tools, and processes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinVision's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice as described in the applicable agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
